I observed kind of mixed feeling inside of me.
To be happy and balanced is my own responsibility so that I concentrated myself through yoga skill in this morning.
Just accept, observe the confusion,
Never judge it and let it go with breathing.
I found that I was in hurry to see the result, therfore New air was hardly coming in cuz I kept my worries for a while.
But after I let it go with breathing, before I realised I slept in peace.
Total relaxation.
Peace mind comes from peace life.
Yoga skill is not about competition of beautiful posing .
It is about observing ownself through the posing. Self - Talk.
We even don't need to look for results.
To be empty, we repeat using the asana.
Thank you and Let it go
